Dear Microsoft, this is my feedback regarding IE10

Hi there, to whom it may concern:

I think you made a pretty decent browser again.
I might consider using it more in the future.

As a web developer, I have to view the source a lot.
So pretty please with sugar on top,
allow me to change colors in viewsource and devtool,
the white bg there makes my eyes drool…
